I'm going to go out on a limb here and predict that the next political echelon will be a new wave of individuals who have experienced profound, deep levels of rejection, and have built a full set of dysfunctional beliefs in how to disrupt society in order to take vengeance upon a world that ignored or rejected their sense of entitlement and righteousness.
These individuals will have zero empathy, a total lack of compassion, dangerously diminished executive function, and a vicious tendency to obtain the results they want at absolutely ANY cost and with utter disregard for human life or commonly agreed upon universal values in general.
They will be the leaders of the next generations and the designers of a chaos culture, ruling over masses too busy to think for themselves and too far removed from any memory of decency. A bunch of trigger-happy, emotionally handicapped spoiled bigotted brats, puppets of a handful of absolute evil minds. This new generation of brainwashed leaders is continuously and agresively being groomed and radicalized moment by moment, slogan by slogan. Prove me wrong.

On the other hand, those few remaining intellectually and ideologically sober still, can only impotently make excessive use of a first-person plural personal pronoun without having an actual clue about how to effectively do anything to prevent the ongoing disaster.
"We" is the current rhetorical measure of true power, or - in the case of those few who can still see beyond the smoke and mirrors of the so called democracy - the lack of power or any practical mechanisms to access it.
What we are witnessing is “delusion” biting us in the arse.
The real questions are what will “we” do about it, who are the “we” expected to do something, and would “we” actually be willing to really do something knowing that it may take years to see some results?
I only have a hint for you: there is no “we”. The only thing that really ever was and will ever be of any true consequence is “you and I”.
Anytime you hear or see “we” in political discourse, rest assured that what you are facing is political capitulation and a blatant divorce from responsibility in favor of a general and elusive “we”.
There is no "we". There is only action. Clear, calculated, quantifiable action.
