This is an ideology fully embraced by many governments and most of the billionaire elite ruling Earth. More so, it is the core principle of the new wave of technology demigods for whom POWER is the militarization of all aspects of human society and the weaponizing of the individual.
This is an ideology serving as a role model to younger generations, and it is being disseminated through media programming, the gaming industry, and even sports.
We can see this take hold in our society from streets to schools.
Coupled with a rise in nationalism and a drop in civic education, "freedom through fear" will slowly push culturally vulnerable societies into violence and chaos.
The less a society places value on human rights, human creativity, and human compassion and mutual respect, the more culturally vulnerable that society is.
